The AGM range has very low internal resistance making them particulary suitable for high current discharge applications such as for inverters, thrusters and winches as well as engine starting.
The GEL model range offer best deep cycle durability and overall longer life.

The use of high purity materials and lead calcium grids ensure that for both AGM and GEL products have particulary low self discharge so that they will not go flat during long periods without charge.

Both ranges are supplied with M8 drilled, flat copper terminals ensuring best possible connection contact and eliminating the need for battery terminals. Manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards, they are compliant with both CE and UL specifications in ABS fileproof containers and come with Victron's 2 year world-wide warranty.
TUBULA OpzS Range OpzS 

Tubular positive plates
Robust tubular plates consisting of a lead calcium antimony alloy, optimized for high corrosion resistances.

Pasted negative plates
Grid plate construction consisting of low antimony with long-life expander material.

Microporous and ro- bust, for electrical separation of the positive and negative plates and opti- mized for low internal resistance.

High impact, transparent
SAN (Styrol-Acryl-Nitril)

Safety Vents
Cells incorporate flame retardant ceramic plugs that filter out any drops of electrolyte from the escaping gases
preventing any errant spark or flame from entering the battery.

Screw connection for easy and safe assembly and maintenance-free connection with excellent conductivity.

Post seals
Extremely high integrity post seal design to prevent electrolyte.

Flexible, fully insulated cable connectors screwed to the termi- nal with an insulated screw having a probe hole
on the top for electrical measurement.
