Current Automation, recently introduced a new telephone logging system whereby we can monitor our telephonic interaction with our clients and improve our current call centre performance.
This enhanced telephone system offers feedback to management to see if the phone lines are answered correctly and within reasonable time so that we may offer service excellence to our customers.
Feedback service offered if (010) 591-1713 or (010) 591-1714 was dialled
We believe each and every phone call should be dealt with in a proffesional manner at all times and would greatly appreciate feedback should you feel this is not the case.
Furthermore, if you feel that a certain sales person offered incorrect advise, let us know so that we can improve by analysing the phone call and assist with additional training to our staff members.
